Who Am I?
Agnieszka is an expert researcher with practical insight into how international law is applied during armed conflict and in post-conflict environments. She has over five years experience working with the OSCE in southeastern Europe, where she specialized in monitoring domestic war crimes trials and in the enforcement of human rights standards in emerging democracies. Agnieszka has been involved in managing and implementing major projects and producing analytical as well as multi-disciplinary reports in the fields of international humanitarian law and international human rights. She has also taught at the Centre for International Studies and Diplomacy at SOAS and at the University of Essex and she currently teaches law of armed conflict at Brunel University London. In the past few years, Agnieszka has given conference papers around the world, including at the annual meeting of the American Society of International Law and to specialist gatherings such as the UK branch of International Society of Military Law and Laws of War.
